From the Settings menu at the top, select Printing Options to display the configuration screen, shown below. The top part of the form lists the options for printing delivery tickets and collection notes. Option to the right refer to collection notes and are identitcal to those for the delivery tickets, on the left. You can define the number of copies delivery tickets / collection notes to be printed (e.g. for office, driver and customer). You can select from 1 of 3 main options for printing Delivery Tickets and collection Notes:
The standard templates provided with the system are designed to use A5 paper in landscape mode. Templates are provided for use with both blank A5 paper and pre-printed stationary.

| Prn: | Select the printer you would like delivery tickets / collection notes to be printer on. |
| Tmp: | Select the template for printing the delivery / collection note. These can be customised to individual requirements. |
| Text Templates. | As the name suggests, the documents are printed based on templates. The only difference is that this option is optimised for fast and efficient printing of text on to dot matrix printers. The template used for printing can be modified using the built in Template Editor |

| File: | The delivery ticket / collection notes are first printed to a text file before being printed. Here you can specify the name of the file to be created |
| Cmd: | Once the text file has been created, this command is used to print the document. If you leave this blank then the above listed files will be created but NOT printed. Instead you can view the documents on screen. This is useful when you are designing a new templates and you don't want to waste a lot of paper. |
| Set Text. | Use this option only if you have special printing requirement and ordered your Delivery Tickets and Collection Notes to be pre-define. These predefined tickets cannot be changed by users. For suport on this, contact our Support Team. |
